Every BookATee admin panel includes a dedicated Support tab so you can get help without ever leaving your dashboard.
The Support tab in your admin panel gives you a direct line to the BookATee team. You can open support tickets, track their status, and have full threaded conversations — all from within your dashboard.
Your tickets are organized into three columns so you can see exactly where things stand at a glance:
● Active ● Pending ● Closed
New to BookATee? The Support tab also includes quick-start tools:
Log into your admin panel and click Support in the left sidebar navigation.
Enter a subject, select a category, and describe your issue or question in detail.
Your ticket appears in the Active column. Click it to view replies and continue the conversation.
BookATee is actively developed with new features and improvements shipping regularly. Here's how to stay in the loop.
When significant new features or changes are released, we send update notifications to account owners. These emails include what's new, how to use it, and any action you might need to take.
If you ever hear about a feature and want to know if it's available on your plan or how to enable it, just open a support ticket. Our team is happy to walk you through anything new.
