Built-In Support Center

Every BookATee admin panel includes a dedicated Support tab so you can get help without ever leaving your dashboard.

🎫 Support Ticket System

The Support tab in your admin panel gives you a direct line to the BookATee team. You can open support tickets, track their status, and have full threaded conversations — all from within your dashboard.

  • Subject & Category: Describe your issue and classify it as a Question, Bug Report, or Feature Request so we can route it to the right team member.
  • Threaded Conversations: Each ticket has its own message thread. You'll see your messages alongside replies from BookATee support, timestamped and clearly labeled.
  • Email Notifications: You'll receive an email confirmation when you submit a ticket and whenever our team replies, so you never miss an update.

📊 Ticket Statuses

Your tickets are organized into three columns so you can see exactly where things stand at a glance:

● Active ● Pending ● Closed

  • Active: Your ticket is open and being worked on by our team.
  • Pending: We've replied and are waiting for additional information from you.
  • Closed: The issue has been resolved. You can still view the full conversation history.

  • Guided Tour: A step-by-step walkthrough of the admin console that highlights key features and settings. Great for first-time setup.
  • Setup Checklist: An interactive checklist that tracks your progress through initial configuration — tee time settings, pricing rules, branding, Stripe setup, and more.

How to Submit a Support Ticket

Open the Support Tab

Log into your admin panel and click Support in the left sidebar navigation.

Fill Out the Form

Enter a subject, select a category, and describe your issue or question in detail.

Track & Reply

Your ticket appears in the Active column. Click it to view replies and continue the conversation.

Platform Updates

BookATee is actively developed with new features and improvements shipping regularly. Here's how to stay in the loop.

📬 Update Emails

When significant new features or changes are released, we send update notifications to account owners. These emails include what's new, how to use it, and any action you might need to take.

💬 Ask via Support

If you ever hear about a feature and want to know if it's available on your plan or how to enable it, just open a support ticket. Our team is happy to walk you through anything new.
