How does the 14-day free trial work?
Sign up for any plan and get full access to all features for 14 days. No credit card required.
After the trial, you'll be prompted to add payment information to continue.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately,
and we'll prorate the difference on your next bill.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
and ACH bank transfers for annual plans.
Are there any transaction fees?
BookATee doesn't charge transaction fees. However, Stripe (our payment processor)
charges 2.9% + $0.30 per successful booking payment, which goes directly to them.
What happens if I exceed my booking limit on the Starter plan?
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. If you exceed it, we'll automatically
upgrade you to Professional for that month to ensure uninterrupted service.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes! Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly. For example, the Professional plan
is $1,910/year (instead of $2,388/year monthly).
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees for any plan. We'll guide you through the configuration process,
and you can be live in as little as 5 minutes.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime with one click from your admin panel.
You'll have access until the end of your current billing period.
