How does the 14-day free trial work?
Sign up for any plan and get full access to all features for 14 days. Your card is securely stored but won't be charged until your trial ends. If you cancel before the trial period is over, you won't be charged. You can cancel anytime from your admin dashboard.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the difference on your next bill.
What’s included in the Simulator & Range add-on?
The add-on bundles three features into one: Simulator Booking (bay reservations, usage tracking, integrated payments), Lesson Scheduling (instructor profiles, online lesson booking, packages), and Practice Range Management (driving range bay reservations, ball bucket sales). Choose the Basic tier (+$25/mo) for up to 5 bays and 5 instructors, or Premium (+$50/mo) for up to 15 of each plus event packages, priority scheduling, and SMS notifications. Enterprise plans include the full Premium package at no extra cost. You can also purchase these as standalone plans if you run a simulator-only facility.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and ACH bank transfers for annual plans.
Are there any transaction fees?
BookATee charges a small platform fee on each booking payment: 1.5% for Basic and Pro plans, or 1.0% for Enterprise. Standard Stripe payment processing fees also apply.
What happens if I exceed my member limit?
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your member limit. You can either upgrade to a higher plan or contact us to discuss options. Bookings are unlimited on all plans.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes! Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly. For example, the Pro plan is $1,908/year ($159/mo) instead of $2,388/year ($199/mo monthly).
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees for any plan. We'll guide you through the configuration process, and you can be live in as little as 5 minutes.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime with one click from your admin panel. You'll have access until the end of your current billing period.
